- We currently deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners (e.g., Leopards, TCS, M&P, Call Courier, etc.).
- International delivery is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery Time: 3 – 7 working days (depending on your location).
- Major cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2 – 4 working days.
- Remote areas may take longer (5 – 7 working days).
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 – 48 hours after confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat Shipping Rate: PKR 300 per order.
- Free Delivery: On orders above PKR 2500.
- Any additional charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan.
- Please ensure that you have the exact cash amount available at the time of delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays in Delivery
- Public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen courier delays may affect delivery time.
- We will always try our best to keep you updated in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with pictures.
- In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier service and keep you informed.
