1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale/discounted items.
- Innerwear or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or altered products.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued through:
- Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (as per your preference).
- Cash refunds are not available.
4. Exchange Policy
- Instead of a refund, you can also request an exchange for size or product (subject to availability).
- Any difference in price will need to be settled before dispatch of the new product.
- Shipping costs for exchange requests are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty/damaged on arrival).
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
- In such cases, Comfie.pk will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items (except in case of damaged/incorrect products).
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of returned items.
