1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Innerwear or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or altered products.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued through:
    • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (as per your preference).
    • Cash refunds are not available.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Instead of a refund, you can also request an exchange for size or product (subject to availability).
  • Any difference in price will need to be settled before dispatch of the new product.
  • Shipping costs for exchange requests are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty/damaged on arrival).

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
  • In such cases, Comfie.pk will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items (except in case of damaged/incorrect products).
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of returned items.
